About Jennifer Arsenault

Jennifer Arsenault is the founder of Executive Valuations, an independent firm providing EBITDA-based business valuations for owner-led companies navigating important strategic decisions.

With more than two decades of experience in corporate finance and healthcare advisory, Jennifer’s work is grounded in a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from University of Miami. She began her career within Fortune 500 and publicly traded organizations before transitioning into healthcare M&A, where she served as a partner at a boutique investment banking firm. There, she built and led the underwriting division and advised more than 350 healthcare practice owners nationwide, delivering rigorous valuation analysis and financial insight throughout complex transactions.

Through that work, Jennifer recognized a consistent and consequential gap: accomplished clinicians and business owners were often asked to make life-altering decisions without a clear, independent understanding of the value they had built.

Executive Valuations was established to address that need.

Today, Jennifer works directly with owners—primarily in healthcare—to provide objective, independent valuations designed to bring clarity, confidence, and strategic leverage ahead of critical decisions. While her core focus remains healthcare, she is increasingly supporting owners in other industries, including landscaping and other service-based businesses, where the need for clear, EBITDA-driven valuation insight is equally critical. Her approach is disciplined, highly tailored, and rooted in trust.

Originally from New England, Jennifer now resides in South Florida with her husband and two daughters. Outside of her professional work, she is drawn to nature, animals, reading, and travel—interests that reflect her belief in building a meaningful life alongside a successful career.
